IT Support / Assistant

We are Lande and we’re looking for a proactive IT Support / Assistant to join our team. You’ll work in our modern Verde office, helping the team stay efficient by solving technical issues, assisting with device setups and system monitoring.

Basic understanding of IT and technical troubleshooting
Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
Experience (or fast learning ability) with Jira, HubSpot, Azure, and similar tools
English knowledge
Familiarity with PHP and Laravel is a plus

Receive and process technical requests from team members and investors, document them in Jira
Assist with CRM (HubSpot)
Monitor error tracking tools (e.g., Sentry, logs), report issues promptly, and document them in Jira
Set up work devices (computers, phones)
Manage work accounts (Azure, Jira, Notion, etc.)
Help colleagues troubleshoot tech issues
